You may opt for architecture but a diploma at this moment since you do not have mathematics. After completion of your diploma in architecture, you may pursue B.Arch. A lateral entry into the second year is also possible. However, you need to contact the colleges for the same. Other options include B.Des or BFA if you are interested in drawing and designing.

Its nothing to worry.GAT is very easy and need not require any practices. You will get question related to GK and matter you read in 10th & 12th .
