There are multiple specializations in MBA such as finance, marketing, human resources, IT, SCM, logistics, operations, systems, general management or sector specific specializations like:
1. Travel.
2. Healthcare.
3. Banking.

One must chose MBA specialization based on their interests, educational background, prior job experience and personality, skills and competencies to excel in chosen specilisation. Individuals with good numerical ability can do well in the field of finance particularly investment bank. Marketing is suitable for extroverts. People with social skills and empathy are suitable for HR.
