If you are confused between MBA or MTech, the best way to decide is highlighting your career goals and interests. The job you are doing is best suited to your qualifications. However, this is possible through inter-departmental transfer and posting. You have to take care about the vacancies if exists in yours bank as desired. Otherwise fresh recruitment process is not favorable for you because of 9 years of experience.

You are only eligible to do MBA if you are a graduate with more then 50% marks. Full-time one year Executive MBA is better option in comparison to MBA by distance learning because it will provide better interactive learning and also opportunities of campus placement.

Only drawing skills are not enough to pursue a career in fashion designing. In fact, you have already spent 5 years in science stream so it would be great if you stay in the same field.
But just in case you still want to change your field then try appearing for NIFT or NID entrance exams and then get admission in any of the colleges to have a bright future.

Eligibility is different according to course type which you wish to pursue. Details of some courses are given below -

Diploma after completing class 10th from a recognised board with minimum 40% marks.

Bachelor’s Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.

Post-graduation degree: Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks.

Graduate and PG programs may also require you to appear for entrance exams such as NCHMCT, AIMA UGAT, and E-Chat.
