It will be hard as to pursue PG course, you must get at least 60% in class 10th, 12th and graduation. Even, if you get selected in a college, you may face problems at the time of placement.

You can take GRE, if you have a very good GRE score then admission chances could be better. Secondly, admissions in US Universities are done on profile basis and not on basis of your scores alone. There is no donation system. You can check the university website and you will understand the admission process.

CAT exam is good option, which takes you to best colleges in India. You can write CAT in 3rd year of your degree. Generally, CAT exam is conducted in the month of December. To crack the exam you require 6 to 8 months of coaching. However, MAT, XAT, SNAP, CMAT, etc. are the alternatives.

It might be hard for you in some colleges. But in colleges where reservation is there you might have a shot. But getting a good CAT score will boost your profile. So Yes, performing very good in CAT will definitely take you to colleges GD/PI.
