Hello Nishar Ahmed, comparing North Maharashtra University at Jalgaon, which is public or state university with MIT which is a private university at Pune is okay as far as academics or placements is concerned. But it's not correct to compare fees. This is so on two counts. Firstly, fees charged by public institutions are many a times subsidised by the Govt whereas fees of students have to cover all the expenses of the institution. Secondly, public universities have plenty of colleges affiliated to it which could again be public or private.
