Joining HIMT College likely won't be possible through direct admission. HIMT offers specialised programs for Deck Officers and Marine Engineers, requiring specific qualifications and entrance exams. These programs involve a stringent selection process that usually includes:

    • Entrance exams like IMU CET (Common Entrance Test) or individual institute's entrance tests are mandatory for most programs.
    • Candidates must pass a medical fitness test to ensure suitability for seafaring jobs.
    • Educational certificates and other documents are verified for eligibility.
