Of late, testing is looked after as a good professional career for many of the aspiring youths. Beginning from test engineer one can move to senior test engineer, test lead to test manager; else can become QA lead, QA Manager. The options available in the testing tools side are enormous. Hi Narendra, choosing an institution is a big task as it will be a step in building your career. And for the placements I would say no institute can guarantee you on that. Its just purely based on how you utilise your abilities and skills at the right time. Also, there are many universities which don't disclose much placement details online. In the present day scenario job situation in Europe and USA is not promising, due to global economic turmoil and recession.
How ever if you full fill the eligibility criteria for a particular job, then getting a job should not be a problem,to get job abroad, you need to first of all find out the job opening in the area of your interest, and the best source for this newspaper and job portals.
Both of these medium provides the information about the vacant job position and the eligibility criteria for a particular job.
If your qualification and work experience matches the eligibility criteria, than you can apply for the job.
If you are selected than the company will issue a offer/appointment letter and sponsorship letter, and on the basis of this you can apply for VISA.
In your case it would be advisable for you to work for certain years after completing your education and gain the relevant work experience and then apply for jobs abroad.

It really depends on the kind of course you want to go for if you are planning for a Management or an Engineering Programme then in that case studying abroad can be considered as a good option but only if you plan to do it through top notch institute as the expenditure incurred is huge so keeping all the pros and cons in mind you need to take any decision, another thing which I would like to bring to light is that if you really want to have returns on investment then best would be that after completing your studies you should work in foreign country and then try and come back to India.
If you want to study in India then also there are Institutes which you should keep as your first preference if you want to get good returns, such as IIMs, XLRI, FMS etc.
