These people already having experience but they want to add a Management degree to their CV. Thats why they prefer to Distance MBA. Very few Distance institutes offers placement assistance.
My suggestion would be, search a job. take experience(practical knowledge is important). At the same time choose a Distance Institute for MBA & switch the job after MBA.
So after MBA you will be having 2+yrs of experience and also a Management degree, which will give you a High salary in your future.
All the best.

Well as far as my knowledge is concerned, even if the Maths syllabus has undergone changes, they'll still make the question paper for the back log students on the basis of the syllabus prescribed as per the previous norms, i.e they'll probably follow the guidelines as per the course structure that was active in your academic year.
Yet I would suggest you to contact your college officials as they would be able to help you in the best way.
Do not be confuse, just relax and prepare yourself to the best for exam. Feel free to revert. Appraise by liking it or marking as best.
Good Luck.
