As there are many national and international companies operating in India, so getting a good job after completing MS from US, should not be a problem.

Fall(August) intake.
Spring(January) intake.

As you have completed your B.pharma, it would be advisable for you to pursue MS in pharma or related fields, as it will add on to the knowledge of what all you have learned during graduation.
After completing your Masters you can opt to become a registered pharmacists.
While pursuing your masters simultaneously you can also prepare for the PEBC.

Hi, MBA is offered in different specialization these days, so just try to figure out which one compliment your aptitude and in which one your interest lies. But if i have to give one advice then considering your academic background, i would say, you can opt for MBA in Operations Management.
As you say you looking for part time, I would say that you go for full time MBA as that is preferable and offers better career opportunities. But in case its the need of the hour asks for job, you can look forward for a career as a Application Engineer, Associate Professor, CAD Designer, Lead Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineer, Mechanical Project Engineer, PEC Structural Analysis, Senior Mechanical Engineer,Technical Officer.
As for now, I would say just work hard with strong determination. And whenever the right moment comes, you can definitely opt for higher studies after all that would serve as a value add on your career graph both professionally and salary meter.
