Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.

Part time programme in JBIMS does provide Operations as a specialization, but Welingkar doesn't have it in their Part Time programme.

Hi, MBA is offered in different specialization these days, so just try to figure out which one compliment your aptitude and in which one your interest lies. But if i have to give one advice then considering your academic background, i would say, you can opt for MBA in Operations Management.

Aspirants who have done their BCA, BBA or B.Tech can apply for the MCA course. Students who have finished their graduation in science can also apply. These students must have studied Mathematics as a subject in class 10+2. There is no age limit regarding the admission to this course.
