Hello Anas,
As per the different reports available online, job prospects in core area for Aeronautical engineers is indeed a big concern. Majority of the Bachelors of this branch are preferring to go abroad for their MS or do their MBA in India or abroad. Very few get the placements but situation is expected to change as the time goes by. Those who are placed the salaries are as good as for the engineers from other branches.

Here is the list of good public colleges which provides reservation for OBC-NC:
1) NITIE, Mumbai (Last year cut off for OBC was 85)
2) All IIT's (High chances in Kanpur, Rourke and Madras)
3) DFS and DSE, University of Delhi (High chances)
4) IRMA, Anand (High)
5) UBS, Chandigarh (High)
If you perform well in GD/PI then you can confirm your seat with NITIE itself. Give first priority to NITIE. You got high chances. In India work experience is not at all mandatory for fetching MBA. So don't worry about it.
