There is no aggregate percentage asked in IUP but you should have at least 55% to get selected. MAT score is not required for IUP and also the UG aggregate criteria is not required here.

IUP Programme is run jointly by Pes university and iup ,first two sem in here and remaining in penselvania .The main purpose is to reduce cost here so this way the tie up works, generally ug criteria is above 55 percent for GM and above 50% for category students. Yes you are eligible to apply as you have more than 50% in MAT . So you can apply to PES IUP and also to PES UNIVERSITY. But in degree you need to have more than 55% so once you talk to PES UNIVERSITY office and confirm.
