Yes you can take admission letter by informing the college about yourself that you are not able to attend the GDPI on that day ask them to provide some other day for the GDPI.

Around 95% finance placements will happen , Avg. salary offered is 4.5lakh p.a. Definitely placements in PES UNIVERSITY better than other B-School . Other specialisation offered are Marketing and HR . No dual specialisation offered.

Basics should be very clear. Practice/simulation test and recent past question banks practice would be helpful. Always remember, many candidates could not secure good marks but were very intelligent since they were not prepared for "how to manage time in exam and strategy to answer maximum questions with great focus".
So, my suggestion would be to practice with basic knowledge from all the subject area will be helpful and you may need to follow 2 authors with latest edition books. You can use good online source for practice and few good author books. Remember to follow the exam announcement to know what would be the pattern this year.
