The scope in RM is high as you can see these days this industry is evolving at a high pace so the recruitment is going good. Due to many more companies investing in retail business scope for people getting a job their is increasing. Average ctc being around 6.5-7 lpa. Placement is good around 80% of batch is already placed. Companies like aditya birla retail , pantaloons , simon etc come for recruitment in retail.

GD consist of group discussion on the latest on going topic. Your speaking skills, body language, personality & confidence level is been tested. I am not sure how good you are with Maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software development), Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games).
However, like I mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with other MCAs and B.Tech (CS) applicants. So, choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT Company's credentials on the net.
