FMS, BHU is good and doing well. The following information provides you complete details of the same:
Many recruiters visited FMS-BHU in the past including corporate giants like Infosys, Coal India, ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, Pantaloon, Visa Steel, FINO and Ansal API to name a few. Maximum package offered to our students touched a ceiling of 15 lakhs and average package shot up from about 6 lakhs to 7 lakhs. The faculty which recorded a campus placement of 90 per cent last year where 90 students got 70 job offers has registered a significant jump in the current academic session and the number of offers went up to 120 for 102 students.

B.Tech as compared to B.Sc. biotechnology will provide more technical knowledge.
Scope wise B.Tech biotech definitely provides more job opportunities but its duration is 4 years while that of B.Sc is 3 years.
So, it depends on your priorities also.
