To be eligible for admission you must take SAT subject test or ACT and also TOEFL. According to me, if you score 60% marks in PCM, then better give Maritime exam. If you get selected, then do your marine engineering after class 12th, or else if you are not selected, there are so many good institute who will provide you marine engineering. I think, you better join Marine College after class 12th only, because you will get much more benefited and you will save your time in doing B.Tech, then you can go for post-graduation.
