Dear Pranay,
The placement stats for any institute depends on the student's caliber to crack the job. While NIT Rourkela has always seen significant placements in every batch over the years, it depends on the student's performance as well.

The Selection Ratio is 8:1. So, for every 8 candidates, 1 gets selected. If you do not get selected you can request the admissions team for a review round after preparing well. A few reviews do get selected.

Hello,
Unfortunately, with just 68 percentile in CAT exam, it is impossible to get even a decent college for pursuing MBA. I suggest you to reappear for CAT this year and aim for a much better score (at least 85 percentile). Good luck.

For lateral entry into Jain University's 2nd-year BA program, you may not need to write the Jain Entrance Test (JET). However, Jain University's admissions office will assess your eligibility based on your first-year marks and other relevant documents.

It's best to confirm with Jain University's admissions office directly, as their admission requirements may vary.
