No, it is not tough for you to get admission in B.Arch at Lovely Professional University.

You have 70% in HSC, which meets the eligibility (minimum 50% with Mathematics), and your 92.7 percentile in JEE Paper 2 is a strong score, so you comfortably qualify. Hello,Yes, due to the fierce competition among the aspirants, it is tough to get admission into SIBM Pune. But, with a great SNAP score (97.5-98+ percentile) and an excellent interview performance, one can surely get admitted. So yes, it is tough, but not impossible.
