Usually, one has to complete all the semesters from a single college. If you want to switch, you need to talk with your college authorities regarding it. If there might be a provision for that, they will let you know.

You should complete your class 12th and then choose the courses, Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Agriculture and Bachelor of Science in Crop Physiology.
There is a higher scope once you are done with your class 12th. Take a wise decision.

CMAT score 130 is about 75 percentile. This is a decent score. You shouldn't expect from the very best colleges. But there are a lot of colleges which just require a cutoff score to apply. And those colleges are really good too. Best thing to do is to check for colleges that fit your profile and then apply to those.

Yes, Integrated B.Ed course is approved by the government. Eligibility criteria-
Minimum qualification required is 10+2 pass (Arts, Commerce or Science) from a recognised board. Minimum marks requirement may vary from one institute to another. Generally, it is around 45-55% aggregate marks.
