You can apply but you have to show all the documents prove of name changed and you might have to make an affidavit that you have changed name, they the University might accept.

Yes, you can do these courses with BCA but it will be good if you pursue these in third year or after BCA because in BA, you will get some basic knowledge about operating system, networking, etc.

Hello, It's good to know that you are interested in seeking admission in any college under Anna University. But why not in Andhra College? I am afraid, every state is becoming more and more restrictive by enforcing conditions of domicile. Only unaided colleges gave some management quota under which students from other states have some chance. For MBBS in UK, you must-
1. Have excellent grades in class 12th, above 75% for most medical schools
2. Take UKCAT exams. For UKCAT sut-offs check UKCAT website
3. Take IELTS. For MBBS in US you must
1. Take SAT and enroll into a 4 year BS degree in US or complete a Bachelor degree in India, perferably in biology etc.
2. Take Medical College Admission Test or MCAT to seek admission in a medical school
