Hi Shalini, M.Tech is a technical degree that is offered after engineering degree or an equivalent diploma. The purpose of the M.Tech course is to give a specialized training in the field of engineering.
To be eligible, candidates must have completed B.Tech, MCA or MSc in the any of the areas of engineering.
Most of the institutes insist at least 60% marks in the qualifying exam to accept the application.
To take admission in M.Tech aspirants need to apply for GATE exam. The test is administered by top technology institutes.

Its good to know that you wish to pursue MBA from abroad, however please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to take:
1.GMAT test.
2. IELTS or TOEFL test.
GMAT is a test, which students need to take, who wish to pursue MBA form abroad.
IELTS or TOEFL are the exams which need to be taken by all the international students whose first or native language is not English.So the student can take either TOEFL or IELTS.

Hi Khushi,
The experts have given you all the top Mass Comm institutes and you can choose any and prepare for the entrance exam.
However if you are interested in premier institutes, then you should go with MICA, IIMC, JAMIA, SIMC, XIC etc.
Also, I would like to say that it will be wrong in judging an institute as the sole purpose of the institutes is to give education! It depends on us (the students) to make the most of the knowledge gained. As we the students of the institute can prove whether the institute is good or not!
