To be eligible to sit for the UPSC exams, one needs to be:
An Indian National Citizen
A graduate in any discipline from a recognized university (no percentage limit) and
In the age limit of 21-30 years.
The examination pattern is same for all as the conducting body is one (UPSC). There would be two papers in prelims- Reasoning Aptitude and English Comprehension. Followed by the main exam that would entirely be subjective.

The Syllabus For Coal India Management Trainee Exam is as under:
Paper I which consists of MCQs on General Awareness & Aptitude.
Paper II which consists of MCQs on Technical aptitude in the relevant discipline for which the candidate applies.
You can set a proper learning plan for the test. Equal importance must be given for all subjects. Revision should be done frequently for attaining better result. It is advisable to go for mock tests regularly. This will help one to find out the mistakes. It is good to go through the last year question papers.

First of all do not take stress, well as you have completed your graduation, you should work for 1-2 years and then opt for further studies.
