No, it is not. You are eligible if you have PCB as 12th subjects but some colleges want PCM as compulsory subjects.

NEET 2018 Cut off indicates the marks which candidates have to obtain to ensure their admissions to medical and dental seats. NEET 2018 will be conducted on May 6, 2018. However, for candidates belonging to reserved categories, viz. The basic Qualification/Criteria to apply for a 2 years full time MBA course is mentioned below:
1) You need to have completed graduation from any recognised university with a minimum of 50% for general category and 45% for reserved category.
2) You will have to appear for the relevant entrance exam to apply to top MBA colleges.
