With 15 years of education UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue MBA, as in order to pursue MBA from US, you need to have 16 years of education.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after 'GRADUATION'
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.
For your reference find below some of the finest universities in UK to pursue MBA:

2. University of Strathclyde.
3. Durham university.
However, if you do not wish to work and continue with your studies after graduation in that case you may consider pursuing MA or Msc degree in management or HR.
