There is no Degree called MCA Outside INDIA, In US of UK they called MS.
Admission for MCA in USA will be based on your academic percentage, your GRE score as well as your TOEFL score.
Admission for MS in London will depend primarily on your percentage and your IELTS score.
In both cases, you would be applying completely online. You would be submitting an online application with all your details and paying the application fees online itself through credit card.
