Hi,
If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The selection process in B-schools generally consists of :
1.Past Academic record.
2.Scores in entrance tests.
3.Group Discussion.
4.Personal Interview.
5.Work experience.
Please note that each B-schools shortlists candidates for second stage of selection which may be independent of each other.
The process may include
1.Written Test (WT).
2.Group Discussions (GD)
3.Personal Interviews (PI).

Dear Milap,
With 121 in JEE Mains, you might stand a chance. however to get an exact information, I would suggest you to speak with institute directly as cut offs change every every year and vary from branch to branch.
It will be better if you can refer to its official website.

Thanks
