As per the official website of Jamia Mlia Islamia, Muslim candidates are provided with the following reservation criteria:
-30% of the total number of seats in each Program shall be earmarked for Muslim applicants
-10% of the total number of seats in each Program shall be earmarked for Women applicants who are
Muslims.
-10% of the total number of seats in each Program shall be earmarked for “Other Backward Classes” (OBCs) and Scheduled Tribes who are Muslims, as per the list notified by the Central Government.
Note:
* The reservation for Muslim OBC candidates will only be applicable to the candidates belonging to the "Non-Creamy layer".
* If seats remain vacant in any program from amongst the 10% of the total number of seats earmarked as reserved for Muslim applicants.
However, you are required to take the respective entrance test for admission.
