Dear Radha, Pharmacy is a field which deals with study and research in the field of medicines. There are various eligibility criteria to pursue Pharmacy courses at different levels. One can pursue Graduation, Post Graduation and Phd in the related field. BPharma and DPharma are also the options available in Pharmacy field. Many universities in the country offer Pharmacy courses. SRM University is one of them. The College of Pharmacy of the university offers many programs in the field of pharmacy. As far as the admission process is concerned most of the universities take admission through the entrance test conducted by the University itself. SRM University too follows the same procedure.

If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks.
So with 38% marks in graduation you are not eligible to get admission in this program.
However if you wish to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program only then in that case I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education as in order to pursue this program you simply need to be graduate in any field.

If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The selection process in B-schools generally consists of :
Past Academic record.
Scores in entrance tests.
Group Discussion.
Personal Interview.
Work experience.
Please note that each B-schools shortlists candidates for second stage of selection which may be independent of each other.
The process may include
Written Test (WT).
Group Discussions (GD)
Personal Interviews (PI).
Performance in various management entrance tests is an important component in the admission process.
B-schools may use previous academic performance of the candidates, relevant work experience and other similar inputs in short listing and ranking of candidates at various stages of the admission process.
The processes, academic cut-offs and the weights allocated to the evaluation parameters may vary across B-schools.
