Well Your package will be depended on how well you are prepared for the company which has came for placement also how well you fit in the shoes of their needs or not. Hello I think IISER is better than IITs. In IISER better research facility compare to IITs. Because its funding is more higher then the IITs and will provide you to work with the good scientist of not only of India but from all over the world .These colleges are for pure science only here you will find out far more better Labs better then IITs.
