If you have already done post graduation (M.Tech) in Aeronautical Engineering then you need not do MS as both MS and M.Tech are similar degrees. If you have done only B.Tech Aeronautical Engineering then MS or M.Tech will definitely be a value added additional qualification.

In India, many institutions do not know the difference between Game Art, Game Design, Game Programming and Game Scripting. Except one or two premium colleges, the others have got a very weak curriculum which is a mixture of game art, game design and game programming. Or merely game art course which is misinformed as game design course. The B.Sc, BA, BFA do not matter at all.
