You could just get a job after your BBA. Though even with the best of college placement, don't expect a high pay package.

General eligibility criterion for Air Hostess in majority of airlines is as follows:
(a) 10+2 pass from a recognised board of education. Some airlines prefer graduates.
(b) Age of candidate should be between 18 to 25 years

MBA is a two year program. Some university offer one year program but it will not be acceptable as MBA for Government jobs and higher studies in India. One year MBA offered by few international MBA is accepted in International job market. In one year, MBA courses universities try to compress whole syllabus in one year and expect students to have prior management experience to grasp complex management subjects and issues.

If you want to pursue B.Sc or B.Tech in nautical science, you need to take PCM as your major after class 10th, and once you are done with your class 12th you can apply for IMU which is the gateway of top nautical Science institutes of India.
