It's all up to you as in which field you have interest. There are many career options you can choose after 12th.
1. If you want to do engineering then you can give JEE Mains and JEE Advanced and it's all up to your interest.
2. Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch. ).
3. Merchant Navy (HND).
4. B.Sc in physics, chemistry, maths, astronomy, forensic science, geology, statistics, industrial chemistry, nautical science, home science, nutrition, clothing and textile, etc.

Canada has been good for many years. If you study there you get a better chance of getting job there. It is still the 1st choice among Indians.
But at the same time Australia is growing very fast in terms of giving jobs to Indians. The job prospects are more. Again, if you have Australian degree, you get better chance in getting jobs here.
In comparison, both are good but I think Canada is more well paid (But taxes are very high). So, I would suggest go for Australia. Rest is your decision.

Different polytechnics have different document requirement to seek admission in Diploma in Engineering. Generally, following documents are required to seek admission in Diploma in Engineering at any polytechnic:
(a) 10th Mark sheet
(b) 10th board certificate
(c) Date of birth certificate
