I would say Animation is the best field for you. Animation is a wide field where you have several job opportunities. You can first do a BSc. in Digital Art and Animation. As it covers all the major subjects like 2D Traditional Animation, 2D Digital Animation, Digital Designing, 3D Animation and Visual Effects. Animation is highly creativity oriented and extremely rewarding for those who develop a passion for it. Also, Animation industry is now poised for growth just as ITES (BPO) was around ten years back.

firstly you should go through the site of UPSC & then check the syllabus,Put your schedule to get the same as per desire.There are also lot of coaching,for enhancing the skill for different subject/topic to crack the exam.Syllabus is not so extreme.But get the trick/pointwise solution to the same.
