Yes you can get a job as a lecturer; provided you hold the M.B.A degree which is approved and recognized by Joint Committee of UGC-AICTE-DEC.
After MBA, you may apply for UGC NET which is conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education.
Qualifying Examination:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects can appear for the exam. Those who have acquired post graduation from any recognized university are eligible for applying UGC-NET exam. The candidate must have a minimum of 55%.

There is no such entrance exam for B.C.A. The academic Eligibility Criteria is as follows:-
1. Candidate must have completed Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent
2. The minimum marks secured in 12th standard should be at least 50%
3. The candidate should have pursued the science subjects. The science subjects should include Physics and Chemistry (few colleges follow it).
4.Most institutes insist candidates should have pursued Mathematics during 12th standard
