Hi,
Selecting an institute is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state an institute as the best as every institute has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you need to keep in mind the chief point that is to check the recognition. Other than this, you also need to check year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.
Be careful while selecting an institute as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.

Pass with 70% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent (with English, Physics, Chemistry & Maths/Biology/Biotechnology).
