No, its not a full 4 years course. There are universities like Amity, LPU that are offer 3 years degree in BHM. Not only this they are also offering scholarship to students on the basis of their marks in 12th. heck their websites for more information.

You have not mentioned what you have done earlier. You can go for a degree through distance education that is going to add to your job profile. There are many credible universities like IGNOU, LPU, SCDL, Annamalai that offer many course through distance mode. Choose a course according to your interest and aptitude. Best of luck.
