Hi,
B.COM LLB (5 year integrated course) is an apt choice. I have seen LLB with CS people going high places in corp. law firms and corporate but work hard and try to crack all CS papers within say 2 years of passing LLB.
To become a lawyer, you need to get a degree in law by taking up the three-year LL.B.
For admission into a law school in India, you need to take an entrance exam called the Common Law Admission Test. You can plan accordingly.
For details, visit http://www.clat.ac.in
You must have strong analytic skills, good interpersonal skills and a keen understanding of the basic principles in order to successfully settle as a Lawyer.

Dheeraj it would be better if you join B.Tech and do this course side by side. Then only this is course is going to have value and validity. Many universities like Amity, LPU, SRM etc are world class universities that are following international curriculum and may be this course is part of the curriculum too. Check the websites of these universities for more details.
