Also you need to see what course you are opting for . if you try for MBA then your preparation style will differ from entrance exam for graduation or PG diploma. There are course at different levels in advertising - graduation, PG, Diploma which can range from three to one year . It will be advisable to do course after graduation although there are course at graduation level Eligibility for most of the advertising postgraduate courses is graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50 percent marks.(But do check college eligibility criteria before applying). As per your query, it seems that your long term goal is to pursue MBA, so as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA.
The advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects, however as per your profile pursuing MBA in finance would be the best option for you.
This work experience of yours would give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
Finally, if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses of your further studies.
Please note that, the final selection in MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT,etc.
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
Once you complete your MBA, you should work for atleast one year and then opt for further studies the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialized course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.

As per your profile, I would suggest you to first complete your MBA, and once completed you should work for 1-2 years and then you may consider pursuing MS degree from universities abroad as it will further enhance your career prospects.
You may consider pursuing masters degree from UK, the duration of masters degree from universities in UK is one year only.
