HLO PRAJKTA it is better to choice MCA. because now a dyes MCA has a demand(if u have a completed knowledge in computers)
M.Sc has also a good degree but job appetites are less with compare MAC. but ember one thing join MCA in good college background and campus interviewees. write Icet;and all India mca comman enter test for joining to god mca colleges

If you mean Welingkar Institute of Management-Mumbai then in order to pursue PGDM from this institute you need to have minimum 50% marks in graduation.
Plus you need to take below mentioned tests:
- CAT.
- XAT.
- CMAT.
- Mh-CET.

As per your academic profile since you have completed diploma in pharmacy so pursuing Bsc would be a better option.
I would suggest you to first completed your graduation through distance education and once it is completed you may then opt for distance MBA as well.
