PGDM is an institute autonomous programme which is approved by AICTE.
MBA is a programme which is affiliated to a university.
Colleges which offer AICTE approved courses will only offer PGDM not MBA.
Typically, if any PGDM is to be equivalent to MBA then the course duration should be 2 years, a 1 year PGDM will not be equal to an MBA course.
Even IIMs and XLRIs don't offer MBA degrees as they only give PGP Diploma or PGDM since, they are autonomous and independent bodies.
Always see college's reputation and placement record instead of MBA and PGDM programme.

For JEE Mains and Advance you need to score maximum 65 percent in PCM even if we talk about BITS so it really does not matter. You may focus on preparing for IIT JEE instead of repeating your intermediate exam as you can focus more and score more there.

When it comes to the SSC CGL and Bank PO, all job profiles in these categories are challenging and provide good opportunities for growth. Generally, many aspirants think that SSC CGL is better than Bank PO but this is not always true. IBPS and SBI recruit thousands of graduates into the banking system as PO. Whereas MBA provides you the opportunity to test your skills in the entrepreneurship and management fields.

Computer science engineering is better than BCA (Bachelor of computer applications). First, you will get engineering (BE, B.Tech whatever) whereas BCA gives you only a degree worth of computer science only.
If you want to pursue BCA then you need to do MCA to get a good job in a good company or else with BCA alone you may not get or you can get only with your 4-5 years job experience.
In CSE, there is no problem. Even if you don't do an ME degree you can get a job.
The only thing is that for CSE you need to choose the best college.
