You have really great time and great chance for getting an IIT. So you can start preparation from now itself.
It is your wish whether you want to start now or from class 11. But only if you start from at least class 11, you can be good at JEE exams.
If not from class 9, then you must start from class 11th.
It is better to join any good IIT coaching centre as they will guide you in a proper and better manner. So that you can manage both your board exams as well as the JEE preparation.
Since JEE exams need more concept clarity as well as speed and accuracy in solving problems, read everything with full focus and concentration. solve many problems.it is better to start from now as you will be away from stress and you can have time to study JEE lessons too. At least start preparing from class 11
Join in any good coaching centre so that you can shine in your JEE exams
