Yes, if you want to do a job then you can but you can only pursue BA or distance mode of education type course. You can't pursue any professional courses because after the supreme court order none of any pro courses can't be done via distance mode of education.

The cutoff is just 45, and you got 51 marks. The difference is very little. There is less chance of getting a college, like NIT. But, I am not sure. You can use the link I have given below

There are 300 scholarships put aside for the State Merit scholarship. The eligibility of this scholarship is postgraduate and undergraduate students. The selection of the candidate for State Merit Scholarship is based on the Merit list, submitted by the Board of Intermediate and the concerned university. The selected candidates will get Rs. 50.00 per month for the First year, Rs. 75.00 per month for Second and Third year for the undergraduate courses and Rs. 100.00 per month for postgraduate courses. The candidate is eligible for this scheme, if their parents per annum income should not exceed Rs. Six Thousand (6000/-).

The question pattern isn't specific every year, which changes every year as per the professor teaching. But, the format is like 100 marks paper is divided into 50 marks external and 50 marks internal, where internal comprises of two hourlies each of 15 marks and remaining 20 marks are for practical ( where written, lab and note of lab record is considered) and of external paper is prepared out of the university, but is checked within university. This is as per GB Pant Nagar University.
