Yes, you can apply for Amity, but there are other competitive exams also like CAT. If you score well in CAT, you can get admission into many big colleges and in Amity too.

Yes, one can pursue an MBA after Mass Communication. Minimum eligibility for applying for MBA in India is a graduate degree from a recognized university. Some institutes require minimum 50% aggregate marks in graduation. As far as the type of course is concerned, people from varied backgrounds ranging from engineering, commerce and arts apply for the post graduate course in management, therefore a background in mass communication is also good. Since you have chosen BBA, after BBA the natural progression is for doing an MBA which is apt and right. Opting for a job after BBA will not give you good salary, good job profile, low end work and it will be of uncertain nature. Therefore I would not recommend you to join employment immediately after BBA. Today doing a good post graduation is important.
Apart from MBA, you can do courses in Hotel Management, Event Management, Law, etc. Since the options are many, it is recommended to have the psychometric test done.
