Admission Criteria
An applicant will be shortlisted for an interview on the basis of his/ her score in the entrance examination LPUNEST (Ph.D.).
The final selection for admission in Ph.D. will be based on the performance in Entrance Test (70% weightage) and Interview (30% weightage) subject to scoring minimum marks in the Interview.

The course details:
FOUNDATIONS OF RESEARCH AND PUBLICATION ETHICS Course gives an overview of research including philosophy of research. Course also covers stages of research, ethical considerations in research, quality of Journals, citations, indexing and intellectual property rights including research ethics.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS Course is about discretion about IPR including patents, copyrights, design registration and their filing, publishing and granting.
RESEARCH DESIGN This will describe the types of research, various terminologies used during the research, designing of research. This course will also give brief information about various intellectual property rights.
RESEARCH WRITING AND PRESENTATION Course covers different ways of writing and presentation of research including research paper, research proposal, State of Art Seminar etc.
Teaching fellowship of Rs. 15600/- per month may be provided to full-time Ph.D. scholars subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
