I will prefer you to take admission in REVA, as this college is far better than the Acharya College. As in the REVA, you will have a culture of study and innovation. All the students there are always involved in any sort of innovative actives and the teachers also support them, but this is not in the Acharya College.

Yes, there are many but for this you can check the JoSAA website and then check different colleges with the branch offered and last year's opening and closing ranks of the particular branches and the total seats available for the course.

I think for you private college is the best but the fees still not lie in your range so apply for the scholarship if cant pay the fees ans still it is difficult than apply the TFW I.e tution Fee Wiveer which will be helpful for you.

You should definitely secure your admission in PGDM. The cut-offs for MMS is high. Also, if by any chance you get it in MMS, you can withdraw your deposited amount and secure your seat in MMS.

Chemistry is basic sciences course while biotech comes in life sciences difference in the two lies in specialisation also if you wish to teach at school level some day your biotech degree won't make you eligible for it but chemistry will. For undergrad level work, I'd probably go with CS over EE. One nice complement to the two is get an MS/PhD in EE as you're exposed to modelling systems, statistical inference, more data science methods in EE over CS. CS is a solid foundation for how shit works, data structures, algorithms and how to think like a CS.
I did my PhD at Michigan where EE and CS are in same department but my adviser was in EE. EE has an incredible statistical signal processing program which is basically machine learning/statistics. The total number of seats in SRC for CSE AND ECE is 240, 120 in each of the departments.
With the mentioned rank, you'll sure get a seat in SRC.
