Ideally, you should try ans pursue Bachelor degree as this will open a lot of areas for you on the career front. You can also later pursue MBA or a masters program in your area of specialisation.
However, if there are financial constraints and you are required to support the family financially, then its advisable that you start working & explore doing Graduation via the correspondence route in Arts / commerce streams. After gaining 3 years of work experience & on completing of graduation you can explore Part time MBA/ Executive MBA / distance MBA and enhance your career prospects.

Please note that the universities and university-affiliated colleges offer MBA programs, whereas standalone institutes and autonomous institutes can offer PGDM programs as per UGC guidelines. The degrees in IIMs are called Diplomas only for this reason. Your choice should be based on quality of institution and not on the type of the institution. There are good MBA offering institutes as well as good PGDM offering institutes. While selecting the program, focus on their All India Ranking in NIRF, type of faculty they possess, student reviews on social media, exact placement record and finally the fee structure. Check your all India rank

Hi Shubhi Shrivastava,
Placement:-
The placements are good. Paying a fee of 180000 and getting avg. Package of 4 lacs is not bad. ROI is good. Many colleges charge fees 10 lacs but are not able to provide placements. PIMR is doing great regarding placements. Many big companies like Delloite Amazon Axis bank ICICI Bank, etc. Come for placements and the highest package goes around 10-12 lacs and 70-80% students get placed. Students have to study hard be regular in college and maintain 70-75% per semester. The Placement Cell tries to provide opportunity to all its students' to secure one job and pursues the policy of one student one job. T
