Your rank in VITEEE determines your admission into VIT University and its other campuses. As per your rank you can easily get Amaravathi campus and with a higher fee you can get the Chennai and Vellore campuses.
You need to attend the counselling as per your schedule. If you have missed it then there are no chances even through management quota as the seats have been filled already.

You seem to have scored quite well in exams. However, admissions to any engineering college are normally via some or the other entrance exam. For getting govt college / lower fees, etc. you must score handsomely in the entrance exam.
