You need a Bachelors degree for CFA also you don't need to have 4 Years experience to appear for Exams only Graduation is enough.
You only need 4 Years of Experience to get Charter that can very well happen during your CFA exams.

Hello Ravi Pandey, If you are thinking of B.Tech from Govind Ballabh University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar then it depends on the branch you want to opt for. The students in Pantnagar has ranks varying from 12,000- 1,10,000 (including spot round+ girls quota -general) based on 2016 All India ranks. For computer engineering and mechanical engineering, you need quite a good rank in Uttrakhand around 300. Then for other branches, it varies from 400- 800 (approx.).
Also, for general armed forces there is a special privilege given to the student there are around 9 seats reserved for the defense service.

It depends on what country you live in. In Canada and the US, by choosing an Economics degree, you pretty much need at least a Master's degree to be considered an economist. Then, the possibilities are broad. Of course, government will be an obvious choice; academic also, if you're willing to do a PhD, but with a Master, a lot of corporate jobs are now open to you, and maybe you would want to specialize in different areas such as finance, international economics, industrial organization, etc. These are all aspects of economics which are more applied.
