It may not be possible to transfer from 2nd year of B.Com to a different college because the registration is done in 1st year.
You have to maintain a good SGPA (above 8.5).
Good attendance Percentage (above 80%).

If you are going to any country for studies the that country will give you student visa only. India too follows same principle. But why are you worrying? Think of admission process and nothing else.

Yes, you can get admission at SASTRA University if this AIR is under stream 1. You can also get the counselling offer on June 19th or 20th.
So there are some chances for getting a good course.

As per your college choices, it will be better for you to move forward with CSE at Sant Longowal because colleges in Kolkata are not very much known for their exposure and placements, so opt for Longowal for better exposure and placements.

If you haven't written the entrance exam for mass communications, it's okay.
You can still apply for the course in colleges like SRM, Loyala etc., in Chennai.
These colleges don't admit people based on exams.
