Hi Ramandeep,
It's called J.D in USA and Canada and not LLB anymore. However you will find related degrees such as Bachelor of Criminology etc. You may pursue a Law degree after B.com since any graduate can do so and will depend on the university's admission requirements. You must be academically very good, around 70% or so is expected. You must also take the IELTS. An overall score of 6.5 or higher is typically required. See here if any of the courses interests you:

CSE has highly qualified faculty from IITs, IIITs, NITs etc. High tech MAC lab.s have been set up for the benefit of students. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of our students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies.
Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Students also go for on-job training

I think management quota and normal quota fee are same. Expect this year fee to be hiked by nearly 10,000, that is 1,35,000.
