as I'm a dental graduate,i cant impart much information.but UK,USA,Australia are good options but are expensive.east European countries like Russia,Ukraine,Romania along with south American countries like Guyana are cheaper options.quality of education of Germany is good but entrance in German institutes is difficult as well as language problems r there.there are lot other countries like Sweden,Finland Norway,Poland,Czech republic,Denmark where you can go at cheaper expenses,but same language problem is there,but if you learn the language living is easy.kindly specify about your motive of thinking of Europe,i mean because you want to settle there or due to expenses?and what kind of course you want to pursue?degree,diploma or certificate?which branch you are interested in?

ELIGIBILITY
Graduate in any discipline and should be 21 years of age at the time of joining the course but there is no upper age limit.
ADMISSION TIME
As all the courses are distant education in nature, students are admitted throughout the year. They can commence their studies immediately after admission. However examination will be held only twice a year - FEBRUARY and AUGUST for Six Months / One Year Diploma Course and MAY and NOVEMBER for Post Graduate Diploma Courses.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Students on receiving the application form and prospectus, should go through them carefully and then fill up the application form. The filled-in application form along with the prescribed fee should be sent to the Institute before the last date. The last date is mentioned in the application form.
On receiving the application form, the Institute will scrutinize the same and students who fulfill the admission criteria will be admitted.

Application form for registering the student's name for the examination.
